Brian has a track record of successfully turning around Operational support teams and Engineering teams in both startup environments and larger companies to meet corporate goals and initiatives. He has extensive background in Voice and IP network integrations, leading mergers and acquisitions network planning while providing and fostering innovation and automation to help improve organizational efficiencies. He leads the design of the voice network architecture, QA testing and implementation of the Voice over IP Next Generation Network (NGN) infrastructure. Brian also leads the team which develops Tata Communication’s proprietary routing engine and manage it’s evolution to maximize our profit and customer quality.
